Once we have received your passport and other document from the Home Office our same day legal representative may return them back to you on the very next day if collected from our offices. Alternatively we may post them back to you by special delivery.
If the biometrics are required it is likely UK Border Agency will return the passport on very next day of submission of your application and documents which your legal representative at Theva Solicitors provided in support of your application to the UK Border Agency. You are normally expected to recieve your BRP Card (Biometric Residence Permit Card) within seven working days. Hence, on the basis of our own experience with UK Border Agency for same day or premium fast track applications for Tier 1 General or Tier 1 Post Study Work or Tier 2 Work permit or Skilled Worker or Tier 4 student visa extension we have received BRP Cards within 4 days of the submission of your application.
