In our own experience the demand for same day visa or fast track premium service from applicants either from Tier 1 Post Study Work PSW, 2 or 4 or for settlement has substantially increased recently. It may be due to the closure of Tier 1 Post Study Work PSW in April, 2012. The Government has already announced policy abolishing Tier 1 Post Study Work visa after April, 2012. It is noticed that many students working exceptionally to complete their degrees or awards in time by submitting Thesis or research papers. This has substantially mounted pressure on the UKBA to allocate same day visa or fast track premium appointments for Tier 1 Post Study Work PSW for Fast Track Premium Service.
