The new changes affect the appeal rights for family visit visa applications. Whilst applying and exercising the appeal rights against unsettled immigrant it may trigger limited appeals rights, however, settled and British nationals’ relatives enjoy full appeal rights in the United Kingdom. The limited right of appeal will be exercised on the basis of human rights and race discrimination grounds.

My immigration solicitor dealt with EEA Family Permit Application which was pending before the UK Border Agency Home Office for more than 3 months.
